Our Chef, Cedric Sanchez, cooks only fresh and local products he chooses carefully every day. We are committed to never using overfished sea products or long call food in order to respect the environment.

Our menu changes every 6 weeks and is based on traditional Mediterranean recipes. Enjoy our bistro for lunch or dinner, with a panoramic view of the sea.

Our restaurant has revisited its menu and always offers a simple and refined cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal and local products. Our chef focuses on 'cooking responsibly' by not offering fish from overfishing or long call food.

To start the day on best condition, we serve breakfast either in the restaurant or on the terrace where you enjoy a panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. 

Breakfast is served as a buffet from 6am to 10am Monday to Friday and from 6am to 11am on Saturdays and Sundays.

The restaurant at the Paradou Méditerranée hotel is the place where your taste buds will delight! Whatever the occasion, whatever the appetite, our Chef Cédric Sanchez will delight the most demanding palates. Respectful of the environment, our Chef cooks only fresh, quality and responsible products. Taste is our priority!

Restaurant open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch (12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.) and dinner (7:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.).  

Open to external customers.

The terrace

Our terrace is the best place to enjoy breakfast, lunch dinner or cocktail. 

Located near the swimming pool and the petanque area, it overlooks the Mediterranean sea and offers a stunning view on the water.
